Sharelink Securities and Financial Services Ltd (Sharelink), a wholly ownedsubsidiary of SFS Group Public Company Limited, is one of the leading providers of financial services in Cyprus, servicing clients from various parts of the world. Sharelink is licensed to offer the full range of regulated products and services by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CYSEC) since May 2003 (when the relevant law N148(I)/02 was put into effect) with license number 14/03. | SFS Group |
Founded in 1988 as a partnership, it was incorporated in 1996 with the commencement of the Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE) and became one of its first members. SFS Group is one of the oldest and largest non-banking financial groups in Cyprus that diversified further since 2000 into one of the largest property and shipping owners on the island. The Group also has a major presence in the private equity and venture capital fields in Cyprus and Greece. Through its own book and associated holdings, SFS Group is a substantial institutional investor on the Cyprus Stock Exchange.
SFS Group Public Company Limited [then Sharelink Financial Services Limited] was incorporated in February 1998 as a private company that acquired all the share capital of Share Link Securities Ltd, AAA United Stockbrokers Ltd and Share Link Asset Management Ltd from its founders.
In April 1999 SFS Group became a public company. Its shares were listed on the Cyprus Stock Exchange in July 1999 and trades since then under the ticker symbol [SFS]. SFS Group has been part of the FTSE/CySE20 Index since its inception back in 2001.
The Group's headquarters are in Nicosia, Cyprus. Through its subsidiaries and associated holdings the Group also has presence in Greece, Germany, Poland, Romania, Ukraine and Kuwait. |
